All you have to do is to send us your contact information from the form below. The referrals you will make afterwards will be recorded in your account as a progress payment.
You must not be a partner or employee of Sava clinic and the referred person must not have contacted us yet.
If you make a referral, the referred person must confirm that you have referred them.

How Will I Receive My Payments from Share & Earn Programme?
We can discuss the payment method and help you with the best way to receive your awards. Payments are made on the 5th and 20th of each month. Or you can choose one of the gift programmes.
